liberty side bar marks

Post by sophie too » Mon Jun 15, 2015 8:07 am

I use a liberty full face mask which I love except that it leaves indentation marks on my face which do not go away(I am a side sleeper and nearing 70 so skin is not as resilient as it used to be) Anyone have that problem who has found a solution?

Make sure you're not overtightening to make it fit - you shouldn't have to if it's the right size and right mask for you, but... life isn't perfect and we do get marks, so look at Padacheek.com for liners, the owner's a member and lots of us use the liners (they also help with any leaks and definitely with the marks).

I used to get red marks on my cheeks when I used the Fitlife Total face mask. I tried liners, but my leak rates went thru the roof. Most folks get the opposite results when they use liners, so I suggest you try them first. I tried various creams and lotions that helped a little, but not much. You can only imagine the abuse I got at the station. If someone asks, tell them you fell asleep on a hot BBQ grill. Sometimes rubbing hot water on the spot will reduce the red mark. I would wet a wash rag with hot water (as you can stand) and rub the spot.
