A number of people were pointing that out on on the facebook page up until a few days ago but airing finally figured out how to delete posts/users in the last day. For so many reasons (I'm an engineer) this is a scam. Most crowdfunding sites require a working prototype for hardware projects... Indiegogo being one of the few that don't and I don't think this was a coincidence.palerider wrote:I like how, at 4:54 in the the video, they show a beautiful pan shot of the 'device'... and you can see in one grill and right out through the nose hole in the back.
How can they test it if there is no prototype? I also am confused whether this will be a single use item of if it will last as long as other nasal pillows. How small are those micro pumps they want to stack like blocks? The pillow part seems okay though. It's like a cross between the P10 and Nasal Aire. The testing that we have done...

Small enough to stack 100's of them in the small space available in the prototype shell. Oh, and did I mention they only exist in an animation? Airing couldn't even produce a single MEM's micropump to blow out a candle when challenged. How small are those micro pumps they want to stack like blocks?
And that is at the heart of most scams. Hope something will work. People buying into the dream and trying to convince other's of the dream. I predict this will be quite the scandal. Don't get me wrong, I'd love for something like this to work... but the founder Stephen Marsh has never brought anything to market and in fact was suedI really want this to work.
Wow, okay thanks! I assumed those micropumps at least existed. No worries about me investing. I might be a buyer if the product ever became available but I'm not a financial speculator.KirksMonkey wrote:Single use device.postitnote wrote: I also am confused whether this will be a single use item of if it will last as long as other nasal pillows.

I'm sure they'd be happy to sell you a slick looking empty box to shove up your nose for 3$postitnote wrote:Wow, okay thanks! I assumed those micropumps at least existed. No worries about me investing. I might be a buyer if the product ever became available but I'm not a financial speculator.

Maybe get some slick actors to endorse it. Too bad it's not a real product, I w a need to adapt it to my tires to keep them inflated. After all they already know when they need it, I just don't like having to air them.
