The heart graph shows perfectly normal heart activity and isn't a worry from a cardiac standpoint.
Whether or not you have an apnea issue is a different question. You are certainly not having any desaturations that go to a troublesome range.
Not all, or in my case hardly any, apnea events lead to low SpO2 desaturations. But... They do lead to sleep disruptions.
I was never claiming that these spikes in my pulse are any cause for concern, in terms of the health of my heart. I'm just worried that they may be a indicative of a sleep disorder.
I don't think I have full-blown sleep apnoea, as I don't observe Sp02 desaturations. My concern that something is happening in my sleep that is enough to disrupt it, and that these pulse spikes are a symptom of an underlying problem.
