I am on the fence as to that much of a change in minimum EPAP based on just 2 nights. It did cross my mind but you know me....old and slow. or I need more than 2 nights to base things on.
It won't hurt to go to 7 but I tend to always lean towards using as little as possible when I can.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

What do mean what that means? Are you unsure about not being sure? Are you therefore sure? Are you nearly sure, and if so, what are you nearly sure what it means?

I think the pressure changes helped last night....thanks. for whatever reason I woke with my mask half off so might have skewed data a bit.

Sorry Morbius, I just caught up with this -- Cipralex is a brand name for escitalopram (aka Lexapro), an SSRI antidepressant. Can affect sleep (insomnia) but I've never heard of respiratory suppression as a side effect of the SSRIs. I have had people describe "spaciness" when starting an SSRI. Sometimes that feeling is temporary as the person gets adjusted to the med. Other times the med is discontinued before there would be time to know if it would have subsided.
