update, when I popped the hinged lid on the reservoir chamber, it gproduces air but does not get thru the tubing to mask the unit is approx 5 years old.
Re: s9 fell off the nightstand, onto it's "back"
5 yrs is usually the time allowed to get a new machine, if you have insurance. I don't think someone here is going to tell you to just remove a screw and all will be fine... not having access even to see what part may have broken. And you didn't even say whether it had water in it.

If you haven't already, remove power, wait a couple of minutes and plug it back in.
Many times in electronics including computer, cable boxes, etc., things get scrambled. Often time removing power and letting it reboot clears it up.

you can disconnect the humidifier entirely. Try plugging your tubing right into the flow generator (the cpap machine itself), bypassing the humidifier - do you get air?sillybilly wrote:update, when I popped the hinged lid on the reservoir chamber, it gproduces air but does not get thru the tubing to mask the unit is approx 5 years old.

if there's air with the lid open, and not with it closed, it sounds like the tubing is full of water.davecpap wrote:you can disconnect the humidifier entirely.
