I've been through the clinical setup menu, and did not see EPR, BUT there is a mode setting with choices of CPAP and S.
I think I might have confused exhale relief in an earlier message with "it's easier to exhale"...being that it's a bilevel. Maybe the "S" sets it to bilevel?
It definitely IS easier on the exhale.
Yeah... I'm a little confused. In my last communication with my ENT he said he'd order an apap, and I learn that this is NOT apap. I'm not disappointed or anything. Maybe he wants to run with X pressure until he sees my report, and then adjust things? Maybe he just has other ideas and I should go along with it. Maybe they just grabbed the wrong machine.
Still, I feel pretty good today. I took a nap after I posted my results earlier and I (again) feel alert and bright-eyed. I do feel less sluggish body-wise and the feeling of being a little wired in a good way is still there.

Re: Rookie (hello!)
In the clinical setup menu what mode does it say you are using? and what pressure number(s) are you seeing?
CPAP mode will offer EPR selection (this is what SleepyHead is saying is being used but Sleepyhead sometimes gets this part of the settings wrong because it isn't quite up to snuff on the AirCurve models)
You may be in S mode....and if so you may have one pressure for inhale and one for exhale and they may be different and this makes things work like EPR would work. EPR is not available in S mode because S mode offers a difference between EPAP and IPAP which is essentially what EPR is anyway but in S mode we refer to that difference as pressure support.
You might want to verify your machine model with the doctor that ordered the apap and make him aware that what you got isn't apap...he may or may not care but I bet he doesn't know. DMEs have been known to not do what was ordered either on purpose or by accident.
It doesn't appear to be a critical issue as your reports really look quite decent but the doctor needs to be aware of which machine you are really using.

Re: Rookie (hello!)
I would be advising the doctor of what is going on with the machine and the settings.
Those settings give you a Pressure Support of 6.2 and that may not be what he wants. Usually PS is between 3 to 5 unless there are some special factors going on or some lung disease necessitating that large of a difference.
For some people when the PS starts getting in that range it actually can create some unstable breathing and create some centrals simply because it washes out the carbon dioxide too quickly and the levels don't get high enough to tell the brain that you need to breathe.

Sssooo I called the DME and voiced my concern about possibly receiving the wrong machine.
Yup...
They confirmed that I should have received an auto, so I'll be going in tonight to exchange machines.

Re: Rookie (hello!)
Exchanged the AirCurve 10S for an AirSense 10 Autoset last night.
I'm even more comfortable with this one. I don't have last night's stats on me, but if I remember correctly, my AHI was around 0.5 or something, which sounds pretty good.
