New to CPAP Woes

Here's a couple of little hints to make it easier to evaluate your report images.
First...turn off mask pressure as it just mimics the regular pressure graph.
You can get all the graphs that are of primary importance in one image with just a little manipulation of the graphs.

On the right side we just need these graphs to show in the image..
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leak
Flow limitation
You can resize these graphs by hovering the mouse cursor on the bottom of each graph till you see a little short double line ...then click and drag to resize. SleepyHead will remember the change.

On the left side you can turn off the pie chart...then just show the AHI and bar graph event categories and the statistics.

Below is an example of one of mine...no flow limitation graph though because my machine doesn't give me one.

Second hint so that your imgur images aren't so huge.
Before copying the url address to put into your text here....look down below the addresses and click on "Large thumbnail"....that changes the addresses in the little boxes....once changed copy the last line in that list of url addresses available.
When you paste that last line in the body of your text you will get a smaller image that we can then click on to enlarge it if we need to but we may not need to.

This is what I have done here....Large thumbnail and then copied the "linked to bbcode"
One of my less than spectacular in terms of leak management. The headgear was shot and had to be replaced.

That last data shot you posted shows the wave flow and other graphs zoomed in WAY, WAY, WAY too much: the total elapsed time for the graphs is about 500/1000 = 0.5 of one second. That's simply way to close to be of any use.

You can highlight the part of the data you want use to look at, but typically you need to post 5-30 minutes worth of wave flow data in order for us to see anything useful.

Yes, that helps but next time don't zoom in on anything. The events graph show the whole night but the other graphs are just zoomed in on a really short timeline where nothing is going on.
You might also include the Flow limitation graph.

Do you normally go to bed so late and get up after 5 hours of sleep?

I usually go to be around 11:00 and get out of bed at around 6:30 or so...last night I went to be much later which isn't typical. Before the CPAP, I would go to bed around 11:00...maybe wake up at 3:00 or 4:00, then fall asleep and sleep until 6:30 or 7:00. Since the CPAP I have been waking up at least three times a night. I feel tired during the day, a problem I didn't have before CPAP. It's funny because even though I think CPAP has made my sleeping worse, I am afraid to sleep without it at this point. I meet with the sleep doctor in a month.

You obviously have not adapted to use of the cpap. Just look at it as your 'friend' and try to relax with it and accept it as part of your new life, not a new part of your life.
