New CPAP User

I just got my CPAP w/humidifier yesterday, and I just wanted to know if there were any pointers for new users?

Welcome. Yes, go up to your User Control Panel, click Profile, click Edit Equipment, and put in your machine and mask for starters.

Stick with the therapy and don't be afraid to ask questions here. There is a lot of knowledge here to learn from others experiences

With as much info as possible (model #'s, machine pressure settings, etc.) and Please use text, not icons.

Also suggest you download free SleepyHead software (works with Macs too) from the first note on main pg (Pugsys Pointers), which will give us a picture of what's what there.
