Very cool. Felt a bit nosy to ask, but you use some colloquialisms that made me curious to ask.

You mentioned sleeping 8-10 hours; are you sleeping through that time in bed? And are you waking up at the same time every day? -- I've heard that waking up at variable times is similar to subjecting yourself to jet lag.

I'm working on standardizing wake up time and getting outside into the sunlight within the first half hour; it's helping with better energy. The light suppresses production of melatonin and relates to setting or re-setting body's clock.
