Reminds me of some of the listings I've seen on Craigslist. One seller had an S9 Autoset with 50 hours, but it came with 4 Climateline hoses (2 used) and 6 masks (4 used). Another seller had an S9 (model unspecified). When I asked for the REF number, he said he already sold it, but he left the listing on Craigslist.

I don't get this part either. A sleep lab machine needs to have all modes, be remotely controlled and be able to be interfaced to the PSG software (i.e., OmniLab), so this would absolutely NOT be a "sleep clinic machine".

if you look carefully, you'll see that there are turbine blades in each end.
