Accounts to put on the foe list: dataq1, clownbell, gearchange, lynninnj, mper!?, DreamDiver, Geer1, almostadoctor, sleepgeek, ajack, stom, mogy, D.H., They often post misleading, timewasting stuff.

As I indicated, I am not interested in the event chart for OP's AHI is low. Here is a sample (redacted to avoid misunderstanding ) of what I need:

yes, a sample of what I need from OP because originally he responded with just summary stats.

Sorry, didn't mean to, I just tried to be specific after a more general request for charts was responded with some summary stats. I am sure if you post a sample of what is needed for YOUR review, it would work for me as well. I already explained that selection of charts, though it might have been poor, I won't argue there.

what is typically requested, and supplies most all the data needed, is daily page, detail tab on the left, then
event flags, flow, pressure, leaks, snores and flow limitations. resize and drag as needed.

if you've got a small screen, get the first four, then another shot with the next two scrolled up.

got it. Thanks. I just thought that event flags are not necessary in this case (AHI below 1)

there's more to event flags than apneas and hypos.

Just curious what that is. UF1 and UF2, but only if they are set, which is not the case with OP. LLs display across all the charts

Sorry this ended up in a small back n forth. I thought the daily would show enough but as you can see I'm new to this. I will try to get a better detailed screen shot and post it when I get back home.

UF...User Flagged...meaning you can make SleepyHead flag air flow reductions less than 10 seconds in duration which of course wouldn't earn a flag otherwise. Not something that I advise a newbie to go playing with as it can make things looks really ugly and newbies have enough stress as it is. Might be useful in UARS people as something to measure but I don't know how it really works out in reality as in how a person judges how they feel....but really only for advanced users who have a deep understanding of it all.
FWIW....I don't bother with user flags...tried it though...found no correlation in how I felt between the ugly and ugliest of nights with UF turned on. A person can really drive themselves nuts doing it. and the end result is no real questions answered with definite answers.

I was happy with the basic statistics in your case...I doubt the detailed reports are going to show us all that much but heck, won't hurt to look just in case we get lucky.
In your case I have a special graph request...the overview of the hours of use graph along with a "typical" night detailed graph with the basic graphs (events, flow rate, pressure and leak).

I suspect that you had what we often refer to as the "honeymoon phase" where you felt marked improvement and now the honeymoon is over. I see it all the time and I don't know why it happens unless the honeymoon period is so great because there is such a day and night difference for some people and as time goes on the difference is less pronounced between a good night and a bad night that we can't measure the "good" nights so dramatically. Hence the "honeymoon" is over and real life begins.

Unfortunately not all the answers to our questions can be found in these software reports or the AHI or in anything measurable with these machines. Never hurts to look though...might get lucky and spot something.

You may be like me....I had some initial honeymoon stuff and then leveled out and never really noticed any other marked improvements but I knew the therapy was working so stopping was not an option even though I didn't feel hugely better.
Then one night I had to sleep without my machine (forgot the long hose while on a trip) and I got a rude awakening as to just how bad I COULD feel if I didn't use the machine. I realized it was helping in a lot more ways than I realized it.

You may just need to give it time and lots of time...it's not like you have much of a choice anyway
During that time you can investigate what might improve things but don't get disheartened if you can't spot something that screams out "fix me and you will fill like a million bucks"....sometimes it simply is not that easy.
Not all our problems can be fixed with a nice cpap report but I sure wish they could.

Thank you for all of the info pugsy. When I get home from work I will attempt to get the graphs you would like to see. You may be right about the honeymoon period and it possibly being over. At first it was strange, then awesome and now not too bad. Its kind of like being on a roller coaster. It hasn't been 2 months yet so its still new to my system. Who knows, maybe things will change again for the better. Just getting better sleep makes it better every single day

I will copy and paste some pretty much basic advice that I compiled for any CPAP user who does not feel energetic.
- Practice good sleep hygiene (Google it and read several sources)
- Eat a good diet
- Have a regular, moderate exercise program
- Practice total abstinence of caffeine including sources like chocolate
- Review all medicines, vitamins and supplements you are taking to make sure none are interfering with sleep
- Optimize emotional stress in your life
- Use CPAP software to make sure your therapy is optimized
Good luck.

To the OP...I had similar results. And then I tweaked settings myself instead of using generic 4-20cm...and as I go along, I adjust pressure to get low AHI because when its low, I also tend to feel rested. Hand in hand in my case. YMMV. Your feeling tired again MAY be your body telling you that therapy pressure isn't optimal. Or maybe you're just on a bit of a slump.
