That is a good theory indeed, but using them just twice won't help, but you can also try nasal dilator cones (look up on Amazon)
My doctor agrees the awakenings are just normal arousales at the end of REM periods, but I don't want them. I don't want to remember them.
I am trying to cut back on the iPad, but seriously it takes my mind off worrying about real life stuff that drives me crazy and keeps me up all night.
Ah, here comes a new suspect which clearly warrants a visit to a psychiatrist. With your iPad, you just sweep dirt under the carpet.
Maybe you just need to shut up and butt out!

Here is last night. Seems to be the same pattern of wake up times. How odd.

Why? This is what I would have done, had I been in her shoes... and I actually did a few years ago. Clearly you didn't have such problems, you wouldn't comment in that fashion otherwise.

Some similarities......some differences.

When you wake up during the night, are there times when you feel better or worse than others? Or, can you tell?
Do you happen to keep a pad and pen/pencil by your bedside to make notes? And, would that seem like something worthwhile to do or make notations about?

How do you feel?
Would you like to try for 14 cm. for a couple of nights?

When I wake up the first few times I feel awful! Weak legs and muscle pain and almost can't walk to the bathroom. As the night goes on, and I sleep in longer chunks of time, I feel better. That's the only difference. The first couple awakenings after sleeping just around an hour are really bad. The awakenings after sleeping 2-3 hours are better. If I sleep 3+ hours I feel pretty good.

I will try 14.

And, no, I don't keep a note pad and I don't think that would help. I am usually pretty much in pain and I just use the bathroom, wet my mouth, and get back in bad. Writing in a note pad might wake me up more. I wouldn't even know what to write... "Awake again! !@#$%"

OK. No problem. Didn't know if there might be anything worth making notes about (like if there were different experiences at various times).

Thanks for your patience and participation in this experiment.

I have never wake up because the mask is off or the machine is blowing too hard or any issues like that.
