How do I post a screen shot??
How do I post a screen shot??
Hi,
I am stuck.
I do not know how to post a screen shot.
I am trying to post data so you can help me evaluate this.
I am using windows 8.1.
I do not really know exactly what to post.
Seems like the general statistics screen shot would be a good place to help.
Thank you

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
Hi,
Thank you.
I am still stuck:
I know how to take a screenshot.
I signed up for photo bucket.
I do not know how to upload to photobucket.
I do not know where the "reply editor" is.
Thank you.

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
This is all overwhelming at the present but just go one step at a time knowing google is your friend.
I googled "upload to photobucket" and saw this site.
http://support.photobucket.com/hc/en-us ... hotobucket
There is a small tab on your SD card, with win 8.1 move tab to the locked position before it goes into your card reader. Unlock that small tab before putting it back in your CPAP.
Keep asking, we'll help.

When you signin to your Photobucket site, you will be at "Your Bucket". There is an icon that says: "Drag photos here to upload" and at the top left of the menu is an "Upload" button. Use either one of those to upload your photo to Photobucket.Sonnyboy wrote:Hi,

An alternative, Imgur can be used with or without an account.

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
Hi,
Thank you for your patience.
After I take the screenshot on sleepyhead how do I save it on the computer so that I can then upload to any of the suggested sites?
Thank you

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
If you take the screen shot using the screenshot function of SleepyHead, the image is already on your computer. You just need to go to the directory you pointed at when you first started using SleepyHead and look for a folder/directory called Screenshots.
In that folder will be one or more of the screen shots you took with timestamps as filenames. like:

The images in the screenshot directory are the ones you would send to the image share site so you can post them.

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
If you are going to post a screenshot of a "Daily" view, please go to the "View" menu and turn off the Daily Calendar and the Rightside Sidebar. This will allow for a better display of your data.
Also, if you chose to use the Alt-PrntScrn key option to capture a screenshot, this image is temporarily stored to the clipboard(memory) and you will need to paste it in to a program like Paint (located in the Accessories folder) in order to save it.

(using f12 or view/take screenshot does that automatically, for the screenshot, on 0.9.8-1

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
Hi,
Thank you very much.
Here is a statistics screen shot.
Sorry it took so long but now that I have all these instructions and an understanding of how to get from here to there I should not have so much of a problem.
If anyone thinks they can help me by my posting daily screen shots please let me know and I will.

One more thing
I am moving back to my original post: Did I fail compliance??
and not keep two posts going now that I seem to understand how to do a screenshot.
Thank you

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
Your average AHI is still high and mostly OA and H with a bit of CA....don't worry too much about the CA at this point. Your pressure range is 7-9 and the machine is pushing the average pressure to 8.8. You've hit the ceiling. You need to move that max pressure up to 11 and see where it goes. I would also suggest dropping EPR to 2 or 1. All of these things will help stabilize an airway that is still obstructed at your current pressure.

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
Since you are asking specifically about "compliance", by your report posted, YES (you didn't fail). Compliance is not necessarily the same as good Therapy, but is used for Insurance purposes.
The report shows that you are avg 6:20 hours of use daily with 100% compliance over the past 30 days. 100% means you are using it more than 4 hours a day 100% of the time. Most requirements are 70% use of >4 hours a day.
Your Avg AHI which is also looked for compliance is 2.54 over the past 30 days which is less than 5 AHI required for most compliance.
As for Therapy, the post above by Sleeprider talks better to that.
Edit: Said YES for compliance when the question was did I fail... No you didn't fail an Yes you are compliant.

Re: How do I post a screen shot??
I'm new at this but I see the answer to your question is 'no', you did not fail compliance.Sonnyboy wrote:One more thing

Possibly what Krelvin was trying to say. Your stats say you are 100% compliant. Do I have this wrong? Do we have you confused yet?
Congrats on the screen capture, not easy for those not pc savvy .... now your up to par on managing your own therapy and closing the holes in the 'system'.
