Where is SleepyHead?

I downloaded it- plugged in my SD card and it worked. But I can't find the actual program. I created a file folder for the info, but can't launch it! I know I'm an idiot. Got thrown into all of this with little help from my physician. I don't understand all the jargon yet. I'm a medical professional, but this is all confusing. Still trying to get my Anew mask to work. Help?

It is in the folder that you created.

When you get it running you need to take that little sheep and pin him to the taskbar to make it easy to find him.
