Old machine...old software, HELP

Howdy all,

I am hoping to find some help with an Encore Pro dilemma I have. I have been compliant with the same Respironics BiPap Pro machine that I purchased in 2006. It has served me well, however I have been in a slide lately and would like to take a look at my usage info data using my Encore Pro (on Win XP machine) that I installed when I first got the machine. At first I monitored it frequently, but it has been years since I used it and I have since replaced my old XP computer with a Win 7 machine. I have an Infineer card reader, drivers and the old Encore Pro software v1.5. Can anyone point me in the direction of software that I can use for this old Respironics Auto Bipap Pro machine on my newer Win 7 OS computer.

Download Sleepyhead (free) from the first note on the forum page (Pugsy's Tutorial...).

unfortunately, sleepyhead doesn't work with the old machines that have the smart cards and the infineer readers.

they'll have to scare up a copy of encore

Are you looking for Encore Pro specific software? Last version I saw was 2.13.

Not sure Sleepyhead which Julie referenced will work...

Gosh...I am not sure what I need. I have a Respironics Auto BiPap Pro (from 2006) the blue Encore Pro smart card and Infineer reader and a newer Win 7 machine. I am assuming neither the Encore Pro 1.5 and possibly the Infineer USB device drivers will not work on a Win 7 machine?

I wasn't sure what you had from your initial post.
The original BiPAP Pro wasn't data capable but the BiPAP Pro 2 and Auto were.

You might want to try to get Encore Basic if your old version doesn't work.

I was in much the same boat prior to December when I finally replaced my Auto M-Series machine. The best software option for you is now EncoreBasic 2.4.8.0

This will pull the data off your card reader and give you the charts and summary data you're used to in Pro.
