RuthArt, with the data resolution it's hard to see what is triggering the apnea events, but with an AHI over 17, you are off the chart as far as getting theraputic treatment. That is a totally unacceptable treated AHI. Your pressure can't go lower since you are effectively at the minimum pressures. My suggestion would be to raise the maximum pressure so you can see if that clears up the mess. For now, leave the minimum pressure at 5. Eventually, you should see the range where these events are effectively treated, and at that point, you'll raise the minimum pressure to eliminate even more events.

From your response, it sounds like you don't know how to set the pressure. Just set the screen to setup, then push the dial and ramp button at the same time. Scroll through the menu to find max pressure. Dial it up. It won't go any higher than what you need based on flow limitations, snores and other disturbed breathing. It SHOULD drop your AHI.

Ruthart, You said this night was before you raised your minimum to 5 and was much worse than your others. It would really help to have some recent shots to see what is happening. Your pressures are low but you also have CA's which may our may not be a problem. You didn't say why you had problems when you used a pressure of 14. I do think with a few small changes your sleep may be helped.
