Pressure Settings

They will pay 80% if I meet the $1,500 deductible or 100% if I meet the $3,800 out of pocket. I missed the deductible last year by about $300 and only got about $500 left on my rent to own for the machine with craperia so probably won't meet it this year either. Although I'm thinking about having the balloon sinusplasty because I have sinus infections about 3 times a year.

Well I went and visited with my doctor. Had to for insurance requirement. Sure didn't feel like one of them get you in and get you out visit. He sit and talked with me for about 45 minutes. He was very cool about it all. He told me many things I've read from many post on here. Told me that he was happy that I had educated myself about my condition and how to properly administer and adjust my treatment. Told me that I was the best person to determine if I was benefitting from it or not. He has no problem with me adjusting my settings. Told me that he believes that anyone with a functioning brain should adjust their pressure if they need it. He gave me my prescription and told me if I needed anything or if the prescription needs to be edited in the future to just give a call and he would adjust it.

He sounds like a very good Doctor..........hold onto him !!!

Ditto -- an enlightened doctor is a blessing.

He's an ENT. Wish I had found him sooner. He is in his late 70's so I'm sure he will retire in a few years. His "bedside" manner is perfect. There needs to be more doctors trained by doctors like him.
