Hope is a good thing! I'm glad you had a better night.Cyndi5000 wrote:Update: I received my pad a cheek in the mail, trimmed nose hairs and found a small crochet hook (which works wonderfully), To bed I went thinking confidently.
i spend a good amount of time adjusting the mask again with the new pad a cheek liner. Still had the nose itch so the nose hair issue may or may not be a contributor but it cant hurt. But thanks to the crochet hook satisfied the itch without removing the mask.
Still woke up about every 2 hours but overall I thinkit was a better longer sleep session. I will know more when I transfer data from the SD card later today.
I am starting to have hope!
If you continue to have issues you can always look into a mask with a quick disconnect and the air entry adjacent to the nose/mouth area. Not sure if this is the case with yours. With some of the Resmed ffm's, you can quick disconnect the hose and stick a finger in right in front of the nose to scratch. I do it all the time. Keeps me from having to take the mask off 90% of the time. I imagine with the hook you get to just about anything. One of the posters even uses this method to drink water with a straw during the night! Good luck!
