Mouth breather

Post by DMHE » Thu Jan 08, 2015 1:47 pm

I kept having problems with my full mask slipping and air leaks. Went back to my doctor who prescribed the equipment. Felt the ResMed AirFit F10 mask was the wrong size for me. Will try Quattro face mask to see if this corrects the situation. Hope so! DMHE

One of the problems that mouth breathers have with FFMs is jaw drop after falling asleep.
This causes leaks, etc.

A possible solution is the use of a soft cervival collar to support your jaw and thereby keeping the mask from slipping down.
