I know this question must get old...but I just got letter from sleep study place saying that they need my card to send to insurance. Unfortunately I have been sick and wasn’t using the machine. I plan to start using it again but not sure what to do about the card as I am sure I have not used it enough for compliance.
Should I just start using it again and wait and see what happens (it has been unplugged to so no data has been send via wireless modem either.
Or should I call them and say I was out of town or something?
TIA.

Welcome to Cpaptalk
How long have you had the machine .... how much have you used it.
every Insurnce is different ... but most follow medicare guidelines.
Adherence to CPAP is defined as usage greater or equal to 4 hours per night on 70% of nights during a consecutive 30 days anytime during the first 3 months of initial usage.

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!
