Congestive heart failure? Narcotics? Did you move to a higher elevation?

Can you post a plot of your breathing pattern?

You can download SleepyHead free from the first note (Pugsy's Tutorial) on the main page (and it works with Macs too).

Get the latest Sleepyhead software here: http://sleepfiles.com/SH/index.html?TestingVersions

Once installed and your data is in, you can zoom into periods flagged as PB and see the actual waveform and the conditions under which it occurs.

When you unzip you have to extract it to another file and from that file click on either openGl or brokenGl file.
The open requires a faster video card but try it first, if it doesn't work try the brokenGl one.
If you get a missing file then write it down and let us know. I initally had difficulty with it but finally got it done.

the SleepyHead-BrokenGL.exe should work regardless. the Sleepy-Head-OpenGL.exim will work on newer workstations and should be faster.

Two questions; 1 What version did you download? 2. What was/are the error code(s), if any, you received?

and you actually have to *extract* the files, you can't run them from inside the zip without extracting it first, even though the file browser will let you LOOK in the zip file.

I get this error when I start the program - brokenGL.exe

The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

Download version - sleepyhead-testing-0.9.8-1-windows-64bit
I am running windows 8.1 64bit

I use a 64 bit Windows 7 and had the same problems. Downloaded the 32 bit version and all is well.

Go to this site and scroll down to the "Download Zip-File" on the far right side (Manual Fix). Ignore the 2 left columns. You can get the 64 bit version here.

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-f ... l?msvcp120

Unzip it and put it in the C:\Windows\SysWow64 directory.

If you want the DLL straight from MicroSoft, go to here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download ... x?id=40784

BTW, don't panic over periodic breathing. The PRS1 machines report of periodic breathing is sort of a "look at this" thing. It often reports something that's not at all alarming. There are some serious medical conditions that cause PB, but many people have some non-serious "periodic breathing" when doing CPAP treatment. It may mean nothing or you could be dying.
