Never used it (but probably will), in case somebody is interested in a home sleep test, which claims to diagnose UARS/RERA:

This is almost twice as expensive, comparing to regular home test ($549 vs $295) but more accurate as it uses EEG

Re: UARS with home sleep study
Very interesting Tan.
The home study I had in 2011 definitely missed RERAs even though the clinical coordinator claimed it did. I know darn right well, that I didn't just start getting them this year when the full scale study suggested an UARS profile even without an official diagnosis of it.
Unfortunately, since sleep doctors in my area are pretty much clueless about the issue, I am not sure how much benefit there is to the diagnosis. But then again, knowledge is power and if pap therapy isn't going well, since folks with UARS are known to have a more difficult time with it than usual, that could be the reason.

Not sure about the difficulty. I remember that I tolerated my titration 6 six years ago very well. The only problem was (and still is) mouth leak. How is your FL looking now? I am telling you: once I grounded mine, I started sleeping much better.
