As previously stated, after about 3 months, I get uncontrollable leaks.... I've tried all the various methods of cleaning, not cleaning, etc....

7 hours a day for 3 months of use is about the limit for me.

** Please note that I have higher pressures than the majority of the folks here.... EPAP of 14.4 and an IPAP of 19...

I tend to vary how I purchase my replacement cushions. It will depend on where I find the lowest prices.... E-bay, CPAP.com and my DME....

I do try to place an order for my CPAP supplies with the DME once or twice a year. Buts it's mostly just to keep my file active with them.

Using 4 cushions a year and 1-2 headgear assemblies is not abusing the medical system.... it's maintaining my health & sleep quality.

We are in about the same boat with the high pressures. mine are 15 and 20. Using your experience with the same mask, I should just plan to replace the cushion about every three months and be happy that I get some good sleep. THANKS for the good info!

Are you SURE? ("natural"?)

Anyway, maybe she misunderstood the point Julie was trying to make......or her quote is being taken out of context......or something else.
It's not at all uncommon for people to "misspeak" on the forum. I'm sure we've all been guilty of it at some time or other.

Well Julie did edit her post. So maybe Julie, on being accused, reflected and thought that whatever she had posted was rude. We may never know who the real blonde is.

Thanks for pointing that out. I hadn't noticed that till you mentioned it.
Well, this is the "Internet"........for all the good or bad that goes with it.
