You got great suggestions on the therapy and hope they are helping. How about the basic sleep/insomnia info. Do an online search for insomnia and look particularly at sleep restriction. It is really restriction of time in bed-reducing the time you spend in bed awake trying to go to sleep. You do have to be rather compulsive about the effort until you are getting enough sleep-then you can get a little more relaxed about bedtime-but "never" about morning awake time. Also don't discount some judicious use of pharmacologic treatment-sleeping pills. Again look online for the newer non narcotic, non benzodiaepine drugs for sleep-look at the pros & cons-then decide. There are some good threads about sleep aids on this forum.
