Yeah, I think an ENT visit is in order. I am ok with plugged ears or not hearing but it is the dizziness I hate. I am hopeful after reading here that there might be a solution. thanks.

No magic solution, other than what I've posted already, but the problem isn't that bad for me. Mostly the annoyance stage. I suspect the Oracle mask would be the cure if I needed it badly enough, but I find the Oracle too uncomfortable and it's not worth it to me.

Just came from seeing new DME....love him. Re refused to sell me a new mask because he thinks mine is a good mask. He lowered my pressure and raised EPR to see if that helped the plugged ears/dizzy stuff and I will go back in a week to see if it improved. My AHI is always around 1 or lower and he said comfort was more important than numbers if you are under 5.

If I am still determined to have a new mask (love the P10 reviews) he said I can get one next week after seeing if the lowered pressure did anything. I like that he took the time to explain things including telling me about the effects of chemo and dry mouth. His dad is using biotene since chemo and my dry mouth started after chemo. He doesn't think I mouth breath based on data.

Wanted to have a DME love post.
