Need a Software Program

Hello everyone. I recently got a Resmed S9 Elite machine with humidifier. I need a software program to read the SD card, and if available, one that will print a 30 day report. I need the report to FAX to my provider to satisfy Medicare requirements. I would appreciate any help. I used to have Encore Pro but in our move to a new house, it got misplaced. Thanking everyone in advance.
