Thanks, I have seen those pillows in my CPAP searches.
I'm pretty fussy with pillows cause I end up with neck and shoulder aches, but I think I'm going to have to invest in one to try out!
When it comes to sleep, ya got to try everything ya can to get the max decent hours.
Low events per hour, do i need a CPAP?
Re: Low events per hour, do i need a CPAP?
I have the same question but am a seasoned cpap user.
My numbers upon testing were 28 events per hour ergo I needed treatment.
For the first few years, my numbers were never above the acceptable limit of 5 eph but often between 1 and 4.
Recently (for a month or so) the number has been consistently below 0.4 and has been 0.0 on at least two occasions.
I will be speaking with my respirologist shortly but wanted a disparate take on the phenomenon.
Cheers
