That is destructive to the point of being deadly. Think about it.

I detest that someone decided to use the term moderate for a condition that awakens you and causes you to stop breathing 15 to 29 times per hour.

I got through the weekend with the machine....I tolerated it the first night for 45 minutes, the second night for 2 hours (but didn't sleep while using it), then the third night, I put in the oral appliance and was able to take it for 4 hours and actually slept during 2 hours of that. Since this was just a 3 night CPAP therapy study, I took the machine back on Monday and have not heard any results yet. I think I will need a full face mask because of my nose problems. Not sure when I will get my own machine with humidifier or if they even learned anything from just that short amount of time used. Their process is that they analyze the results and then the company will send a unit....I hope they contact me for a mask fitting....I was told that size does not equate to all masks (small or petite nose mash may not mean small face mask). Will have to wait and see.
I really appreciate those of you who took the time to reply and give me hints. Thanks to all of you.
