After a few weeks with the P10 you'll find you can tell when one of the "cones" is inverted. That side feels different and seats badly. I also find I need to ruthlessly trim my nose hair every week.

Thanks englandsf I will be sure to watch out! Don't have the same issue with the nose hairs but does help to have all the info!

Second night with P10 and have to say kept falling asleep before could get mask on. Around 2:30 I could finally reach over, get the mask on in no time, seat the pillows, and was out until 7:30! No fiddling with the pillows, no laying there trying to go back to sleep!
I think I have a winner

. Cnaumann-it is helpful to know about the reseating and closing up piece. This is what I am experiencing now with the Opus pillows and as I don't move too much during sleep (right side sleeper) I feel that this should not be too much of an issue unless I have a particularly toss and turn night. My current problem is having to reseat and adjust the closed off feeling while avoiding leaks.
It is getting better. I am using the largest pillow size, I have also tried the medium size. I don't feel that I get enough flow with the medium size. I have found the the seals work best if the are completely clean. I had been using lanolin initially to ease irritation; the mask worked better after I stopped using it.

The venting on the mask is a little troubling as well. The escaping air tend to bounce off the covers and back into my face.

Between the air leaks, air blow back, and rain out, the mask does wake me up several times a night. In spite of all that, it is a pretty good mask.

I have ordered a nasal aire II, but the post office is taking its time to deliver it.

The P10 is more comfortable but the straps have slipped. I need the medium pillows for that model. If the headgear was adjustable it would be perfect
The Nuance is stiffer, but stays in place better for me. The face part rests on the apples of my cheeks which is the place that rounds out when you smile. Initially I had it too low and that changed the angle of the pillows. I need the large pillow with that model.

Got only about 2 hours on the P10 last night, just too much noisy leaking. Washed the headgear in warm water and dried it with warm air this morning, and that has re-tightened the headgear. So it'll be fine again tonight, I'm sure. I've done that a couple of times now, and has fixed the loosening problem each time. Can't say that I'm overly fond of the headgear, but it's the most comfortable mask that I've found yet. When the degree of tightness is right, there's very little leaking, and the diffuse venting helps keep it quiet, as well.

The Swift FX venting made a lot more noise, especially when the vent stream was hitting the top sheet. Used to have a lot more wake-ups with it.

Update: Much better last night after washing headgear in warm water...very little leakage, fairly comfortable *smile*.
