Introdution

Post by THE-ROOM-SHAKER » Tue Jun 20, 2006 12:59 pm

Hi everyone I have just been diagnosed with both sleep apnea and hypopnea. I went to see the doctor about my snoring problem to get something done before my wife left me. I was referred to the ear nose and throat dept and then referred to the respiratory clinic. My results show that I was stopping breathing on average 30 times per hour. I was described as a heroic snorer (i think thats a bad thing?????). I appear to have had this problem for about 15 years and today I got my CPAP machine and am now looking forward to my best nights of sleep in a long time.
