Changed my filter for the first time

I'm pretty sure I saw something from ResMed suggesting monthly filter replacement, but the clinician's manual says 6 months. I think it was for the A10 manual. If you looked closely one spot was recommending you replace as often as Medicare would provide new filters. I'll see if I can find it.

Whenever you replace it, realize that in general, dirty air filters filter as well or better than clean ones, but the pressure drop gets higher and the machine has a harder time doing its job and they may overheat.

Feel free to replace them more often due to the ick factor. I do that myself sometimes, but your air won't necessarily be any cleaner.
