I am trying to time correlate my ZEO data that I have imported into Sleepyhead from ZeoViewer (with the kind and generous help of wilsonintexas).
My CPAP is 6.5 minutes fast! Is there anyway to change the time? I have the provider manual and have looked through the settings many times - can't find any date/time.
I know the ZEO is correct as I have correlated it's time with my iPhone (accurate) and written down the time that I have started both ZEO (waiting for the symbol of connection) and APAP at the same time. Times that Zeo is reporting match my recorded time. My Philips Respironics System One (60 Series) is fast approximately 6.5 min. I know I can manually change the ZEO times after exporting the .csv file from ZeoViewer and before importing into Sleepyhead, but would rather the CPAP was accurate.
I am trying to ascertain any correlation between my Events and Sleep Stages.
Any ideas - Pugsy?
Thanks in advance

Re: Help adjusting time in my Philips Respironics System 560p?
Nope. You'd need special equipment and software to do it. The older generations of Respironics machines (Legacy and M Series) had bad habits of losing about a minute or two a month and when the first generation of the System One came out, supposedly DID have a way of setting time.......but, they "fixed" that in subsequent firmware releases. Basically, the machines' internal clocks were set to GMT and the software compensated for the time zone differences......but apparently the internal clock/time loss is still an "issue".jagzoo wrote:I am trying to time correlate my ZEO data that I have imported into Sleepyhead from ZeoViewer (with the kind and generous help of wilsonintexas).

Sorry.
Edit: About four years ago I acquired the cables and software to do it with the older Legacy and M Series machines, but they apparently don't work with the System One machines. And, they weren't cheap.

The lowlifes at Respironics haven't seen fit to allow the end user to properly set the clock. Not only can you not fix the clock yourself, most DME's can't set it either and have to send it back to the factory.
Shame on you, Respironics.

Sleepyhead has a "clock Drift Adjustment" in "Preferences" under "CPAP". I have not tried to use it, but it might be what you are looking for....

Oh well, Thanks anyway. Mine isn't loosing, it is actually fast 6 minutes.
Is there anyway to compensate in Sleepyhead? Or maybe Sleepyhead is trying to already and just isn't quite accurate?
Will do my best to adjust in the conversion/import of ZEO data but it doesn't seem straight forward. Maybe, it is just good enough!

Re: Help adjusting time in my Philips Respironics System 560p?
The Sleepyhead "CPAP Clock Drift" adjustment can be either plus OR minus (hours, minutes and/or seconds). Look in Sleepyhead Preferences under the heading CPAP and in the upper left you will see the adjustment.
Good luck,
Paul
