Or you can put in your dryer and it will shrink back to size. I washed mine in the washer and then dried it and it shrunk up at least an inch. That surprised me...no wonder it was shifting around at night.

there are sizing guides on the resmed site, you can compare them if nobody answers.
I have looked everywhere for the 1:1 sizing guide for the AirFit F10 with no luck. Do you know where I can find it?
