Research the Lexapro potential side effects.

3 that stand out to me
trouble sleeping...insomnia
fatigue
drowsiness

May not be 100% of your problem but could be a factor

Personal opinion here; You were in bed for 9 hrs and slept less than 5? If that's typical of your sleep pattern, no wonder you are tired? You need more than 5 hours. I'd try taking some ambien or Xanax etc... and see if you can get a better night's sleep.

I assume you've had blood work to rule out anemia etc. etc..?

Don't be disappointed that your AHI wasn't higher. You are lucky you don't have to wear this contraption every night. 38 pulse is low but maybe a good thing? The average pulse is about the same as mine.
