It was enough for me, but others may need to address other issues.
Again, your mileage may vary.

Yep... not the magic bullet we yearn for because someone else got the miracle and feels like a new man or woman and we we don't.
Sleep apnea is not the only sleep problem out there..and the machine can't fix what isn't related to sleep apnea now matter how much we want it to or expect it to.
But there's nothing stopping us from trying little things to help improve the situation...it's not like we really have a choice about the machine anyway...the sleep apnea has to be dealt with to have any chance in the world to feel that miracle.
So stopping the therapy just because we don't have the miracle is kinda like shooting yourself in the foot and wondering why it hurts.
Actually fixing sleep apnea itself...all by its lonesome is relatively easy.
Fixing stuff unrelated to sleep apnea..not so easy...often we don't even know what to fight or change or whatever.
It's the harder of the 2 jobs I think...figuring out what else might could stand some work and then trying to fix it.
We want that magic bullet so badly but the cold hard fact is not all our unwanted symptoms are tied directly to sleep apnea and the machine only fixes the sleep apnea parts.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

since the majority of the issues are Hypopnea's....
It might be interesting for the OP to bump up the minimum lower pressure just a bit to see if there is a decrease in AHI, flow limitation.. That might help with overall sleep quality.

Is your max pressure capped at 12? I had a similar pattern when I had a max at 9, whereas I needed 10 and above

Looking at your reports, I think the problem and solution may be staring you in the face.

The leakage seems too high so this should be investigated. Also the pressure is hitting the max at 12 while flow limitations are still present at that time. Increasing the max. pressure to 13 perhaps 14 could be helpfull against these FL's. I'm not an expert so please contact your specialist.
