Usage hours Sleepyhead vs S9 do not match

Post by cnl390 » Sun Oct 12, 2014 7:09 am

My hours of sleep recorded in my Sleepyhead date do match the info screen on my S9. This is only evident over the last 2 nights, and I think that I might be the problem because before going to bed a few nights ago I went into the clinicians screen and reset the clock to the correct time. Even though I got the clock set correctly I look at the data and the time is not right. And, for example, on Saturday morning when I got up the info screen said I slept 8+ hours and Sleepyhead noted 6.27. This morning the info screen was 6+ and Sleepyhead 7.41.
I am sure this is screwing up my averages and graphs.
Has anyone experienced this?

if you're not using 0.9.8 or better of sleepyhead, upgrade.

Yes...it's happened often. Most of the time either in the spring or fall when we change the clocks on the machines for the time change. Seems like when the S9 clock gets changed then SleepyHead gets confused. Usually it adds a weird second session. I never had it come up short though.

What SleepyHead version are you using? I thought that little bug has been fixed in the most recent version.

I am using 9.6, but when I "Check For Updates" I get a message saying, "No Updates Were Found For Your Platform"

I did download the ResMed software and the Usage Hours match up.

'check for updates' doesn't work, just download 0.9.8-1.

Like Palerider said...just go get SleepyHead version 0.9.8-1.
It's not an update to 0.9.6...it's a whole new version. New product entirely and that usage hour bug is fixed in it.
