Hi
New to the Cpap machine and the problems involved. I have been getting between 6 and 8 hours a night on the machine, with a level of about 1.2 and 2.5 air pressure, if that makes sense.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal.
Regards

Lots of great information on this ^ thread. We will be much better able to help you if you will go to your user profile and put in your equipment. The numbers you posted may be related to your AHI but I can't tell.
As it's still relatively early here in the US, many of the most helpful members are I suspect just stirring, and will be along shortly. There is no need to start a new post, simply reply to this one.

I don't believe those are valid pressure settings. where are you getting them?Tired Essex boy wrote:Hi

I think those very low #'s are probably overnight AHI results, not prescribed pressure settings, but newbies get confused - and not-so-newbies do at times too. If those #'s are your overnights, then they're very good... can you find out what your actual prescribed pressure settings are? And what machine and mask you use?
