I just caught up with the Oral Cancer Foundation forum's thread on the Biotene switcheroo. Hopeful news -- here's the last and most current page of the thread:

I don't think there's been a detailed description of the ingredients that have been changed/restored, but I'm guessing the enzymes are being restored based on the discussion throughout the thread. The first post in that thread is by the founder of the OCF, posted a year ago when the formula changed, and it's quite interesting. His leadership and advocacy skills are truly impressive:
