Once in a while, I wake up because my pillows have shifted just enough to partially impede airflow.
I wiggle the mask around until the airways line up and go back to sleep.
Yeah, I know; my P10 headgear is overdue for washing. (hops off to wash headgear)
Coming at the unconscious mask removal problem from another angle--pad a cheek strap covers
might make the wearer feel more pampered than confined--worth a try?

A little essential oils on a cotton ball place on something (to protect the night stand) near the air intake filter.

I'm an occasional user of aroma therapy during sleep, however if you find out you like it, there's a member of this forum that sells various types that are very easy to use.

A good way to start experimenting is to open a new bar of soap (I like sandalwood) and place it on a paper towel near your intake port but not touching it.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
