Check this blog to understand the different models.
I suggest target ResMed S9 and Phillips Respironics PR System One machines.
Make sure to get a full efficacy data machine.
Good machines.
ResMed....S9 Elite & S9 AutoSet.
Machines to avoid in the ResMed S9 models....Escape and Escape Auto

Phillips Respsironics. It's hard to tell with the model names by themselves so I usually tell people to learn the model numbers.
Model numbers are 3 digits on a little sticker on the bottom of the blower unit...Remember model 450 or higher and all those have full efficacy data.
There's a lot of "bricks" out there...model 250 or 260 or 150...you don't want on of those.
