Next Step up for DME & Insurance Complaints

Next step up for DME complaints would be regional offices, JCAHO (online) if JCAHO accredited (they would have a sign on the wall).

I have found it next to impossible to get to a higher level at my insurance-so since they make it so difficult and I had a major complaint (I don't) I'd go to the state insurance commissioner (live in California).
