I think it may be a combination of no Seroquel and too much Requip. My body must be really sensitive to whatever the Requip is doing. On the nights that I got really good sleep, I felt groggy, but I also had a feeling of general well-being, and as I said before, it felt like my body was quiet - I did not have that last night.
On the other nights - the one with Sinemet, the .5mg Requip night, and then last night, I felt what I consider to be unusual stretching urges. With Sinemet it was really bad; I also noticed it the .5mg night and last night, to a lesser degree.
It's very puzzling, but hopefully tonight everything will work.

PLMD and Requip/Magnesium HELP!!
Update -
Last night I took my regular sleep meds, about a quarter tablet of Seroquel, and .25mg of Requip. I was sleeping very nicely until I woke up around midnight clawing at my mask because the power had gone out. (We had some big storms roll through.) I was petrified about sleeping without my machine but couldn't stay awake. I woke up less than an hour later because my fan came on and I thought it was a tornado! Anyway, I put my mask back on and slept great the rest of the night. I just kind of laughed about the power going out - if it's not one thing it's another.
Another interesting thing happened, too. For years I have had dreams about not being able to complete a task - dial the phone, find my car, remember my high school locker combination, etc. Last night I was actually able to complete a task in a dream, then I had a dream about the dream that pointed this out (Or maybe I was awake and figured it out - I honestly don't know.). It makes me wonder if, all along, these dreams have been related to OSA and PLMD, and now that the problems are being addressed, my dreams are reflecting that. Interesting!!

Terri,
Ain't it the truth, it's always one thing or another. If it ever stops, I think it means we're dead.
Glad you had a better night. I can only interpret your dreams as perhaps being an indication of having foggy mental processing while you were untreated and now that you're on therapy, you can think more clearly and can "complete a task." Either that, or you've noticed it internally and it is coming out through your subconscious while dreaming.
I am a great believer in dreams and their hidden messages. I will just say, no matter how you spin it, at least it's moving in the right direction. Feel well.
