Moleskin Artisan Help Requested

Okay. i bought moleskin today (after losing the first unopened package.) and i need to put some on the bottom part of my UMFF cushion so that my lower lip doesn't slip out from under the mask when i open my mouth because the seal is not secure. any tips? maybe this is something i just need to fool around with to figure out, but any tips from the moleskin crowd would be appreciated.
