No need to keep this pressure. It isn't going to change the results with another night...it will still be too ugly to want to use.
Try 7 cm and see what happens but I doubt there will be any miracle. The centrals are still too numerous anyway even at 6 cm.
If the hyponeas decrease at 7 or 8 cm...the centrals will just most likely increase and take their place.
So then it comes to which lets you sleep better and feel better.
Lots of centrals and few hyponeas or sleeping without the machine.
I have my doubts if there will be a workable solution with this machine.

You could also try PR's suggestion..APAP mode 6 min and 10 max and see what happens.
After a dental nightmare, at the dentist, lol... I have decided to take the CPAP machine back, if they will take it..

I could not face another horrible night, and the sleep test is way in the future unless I go across the border to Bellingham and pay major dollars...

I really appreciate the help from Pugsy and Palerider, would have been a lot worse without you both...
