Philips Respironics RemStar Pro with C-Flex+ (460P)
I am using a 12 ft. 22mm hose. However, the pillows mask I'm now trying has an attached short 15mm hose. What is the correct tubing setting for my CPAP? My respiratory therapist said 22? Also, I would like the source of the information. I could not find anything in my manuals.

I can't give you an official document source as I have never seen one but machine's hose selection size is always based on the diameter of the longest hose and not any short hose that is part of the mask. I have never looked for that source because I don't need official documentation. It's common sense. If you just have to have it.....start pouring through all the Respironics literature available online. Call up Respironics and ask them...if they will talk to you.
You have a 60 series machine. If you had the heated hose with this machine and attached it the machine would automatically sense that hose and would default to the 15 mm size hose which is the size of the heated hose.
Your RT is correct.
