Thanks TangledHose for posting that chart. I am in the process of doing that for myself since ins denied itration study and just gave me an apap set wide open. I wonder if in the chart where it states partial if its talking about FL

Yes they are talking about partial obstruction and quote: regular hypopneas.........flow limitations can encompass a range of problems......it could almost be a catch all for various obstructions and as I understand it UARS could be covered under the umbrella of Flow Limitations , but that statement can open yet another can of worms because a standard sleep study has a problem catching UARS........but yeah they are referring to partial obstructions like flow limitations and hypopneas in that part of the flow chart.
