Read the links in my signature line for help on not getting screwed and which machines are good.

An auto is preferred, but you can usually do pretty well with a manual CPAP as long as it's full data. Your PRS1 plus doesn't give you or your doctor any information about how your therapy is working. A fully data capable machine is like having a free micro $leep te$t every night.
