Sleepyhead - what is it?

Post by HighDesertSparky » Wed Dec 03, 2014 7:47 pm

I'm seeing references in the forum to Sleepyhead and it sounds like a way to monitor my sleeping for myself. What does it do and where can I get it? And not being very techie, is it hard to use?

SH is software (free to DL from the forum) that does track many features of your C/Apap therapy overnight and on a weekly or monthly basis. It was written by a forum member (good for Macs also) and is easier to use than older programs like Encore. Look at the info at the top of the main page (the notes before the forum) and you can learn more.
