There has been some indication that people who have no gluten problems not only don't need to go gluten-free, but to do so could cause some harm.

I wasn't made to be gluten free, if I don't get my gluten, parts fall off. Jim

I do not have gluten problems and I got rid of it and although I went through a terrible withdraw the first 3 weeks or so, (massive constipation) but the improvement after my withdrawal phase has been phenominal
