Um, Golden brand latkes?! Me too! We made latkes a few times ourselves, and it was such a greasy mess on the stove, backsplash, etc. that I can't bring myself to do it again. The kids like the store bought ones, and I only have a token latke or two myself. I save my carb indulgences for sweets, not potatoes!

Heck... once a year I can eat latkes AND sweets!
