Sir... if you have a Costco near you, they have already prepared yummy latkes in the frozen section of the store. Seriously, you can "almost" fool the best of them (except Dori ), they are that good!

Um, Golden brand latkes?! Me too! We made latkes a few times ourselves, and it was such a greasy mess on the stove, backsplash, etc. that I can't bring myself to do it again. The kids like the store bought ones, and I only have a token latke or two myself. I save my carb indulgences for sweets, not potatoes!
